Life has been great with Miss Madelyn in our lives. For the last month we have had lots of family time getting to know her and also some great one on one time with Jack.
Because of the c section recovery I have had lots of help with Jack and been able to concentrate a lot on Maddie. We have spent many days at home but are now getting out and about much more and I'm figuring out life with two.
Tyler has been around a lot which has spoiled us. During this time he has been working hard studying and on a research project in his free time, but he hasn't had to actually work a shift at the hospital but once since Madelyn was born thanks to using some sick time right after the birth (and convenient planning with his schedule that actually allowed him to use this sick time) and then vacation time from August 14-28. I've gotten pretty spoiled and it is going to be a big adjustment when he is back to the long hours in a few days.
Here's a quick iphone wrap up:
Jack ran a high temperature the night & day after we brought Maddie home from the hospital.
He was pitiful.
