While we were in Dallas over Christmas vacation we got to go on a few fun excursions. We know Jack's probably too young to enjoy all this but we had lots of fun and he loved looking at all the fish and animals...err, maybe the little kids, too.
We took a trip to the Dallas Aquarium and Jack napped through the whole forest top part, but woke up just in time for the lower level aquariums.
Tyler and I LOVED living in Fort Worth and miss it, but we enjoy visiting each time we're back in DFW. It's crazy to see how much has changed since we lived there!
We were able to head over to Fort Worth twice for some fun and good food.

First trip we went to Lusky's and Leddy's and ate dinner at our favorite restaurant in Sundance Square, Reata. mmm, mmm......
The second trip to Fort Worth was to go eat at one of our faves, Joe T. Garcia's, and explore the Fort Worth Zoo. While Tyler and I lived in Fort Worth I would drive by the zoo at least twice a day. We went once or twice, but I always remember thinking how excited I'll be to take our kids one day. I loved getting to experience it with Jack and he stayed awake and in a great mood almost the whole time.
